Jack Rader joined Farmers Alliance in June of 1977 after graduating from McPherson College. Jack started in the claims department and shortly thereafter moved to the marketing department. In 1993 he was named vice president of marketing and has held a number of leadership positions during his time with his company. He currently serves as the chief marketing officer and vice president of reinsurance. throughout his tenure with Farmers Alliance, he has received numerous awards for his service to the industry.

Jack’s dedication to insurance and his community doesn’t stop there. He has served as an instructor for many industry classes and has been instrumental in developing new products for his company. He has led the American Association of Insurance Services board, served as a KAPCIC director and has been involved with the McPherson County Crime Stoppers, McPherson Optimist Club, St. Joseph catholic church and many other civic organizations.
